“The Purple Poo” Tarleton State University is home to a group of eccentric mascots that disguise their appearance and voices for years at a time. The seriousness of their commitment to school spirit is contrasted only by their name – the Purple Poo.
“Keepers of the Spirit of George H.W. Bush” This year would have been the 100-year birthday of President George H.W. Bush. Though he is no longer with us, the Texas A&M University System is ensuring that his legacy lives on for decades to come.
